Cancellation Policy (Services) & Cancellation Form
Consumers have a right of withdrawal under the following conditions, where a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed in nature:

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Mohammed Bahein, DUS VALET, Rheinpromenade 10, 40789 Monheim am Rhein, Germany, Tel.: 017682122807, Email: info@dus-valet.de) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, though it is not required.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction for this repayment, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
If you requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the point at which you notify us of your exercise of the right of withdrawal in relation to this contract, compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.
Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we have fully performed the service and have only begun performing the service after you have given your express consent and simultaneously confirmed your acknowledgment that you will lose your right of withdrawal upon complete fulfillment of the contract by us.
